Smaller Repairs

We stock many parts on our trucks for smaller repairs. Items usually fixed on the same visit are listed below but it depends on whether we have the parts for your brand of machine. We will do our best to solve the problem with one visit.

• Hose Repairs (visible hoses)
• Clear a clogged shoot that has a bridge stopping the trash from falling into the shoot
• Replace hydraulic disconnects
• Directional Valves
• Weld a crack or broken weld
• Switches, keys switches, Fuses, foot pedals, sensors
• Baler Chains and Shackles

Larger Repairs

Larger repairs often require a second trip to provide time to refurbish the worn part or purchase a new one. In some cases we stock these in the shop but cannot carry these in the truck until needed for a repair. Items like in the list below:

• Motors (some stock available)
• Pumps (Some stock available)
• Cylinders for compactors and balers
  • We stock 36″ cylinders for PTR and Marathon trash compactors
  • Baler cylinders, we stock refurbished cylinders for most brands
    • Re-Furbished baler cylinders are not only repacked but barrel welds are ground out and replaced. The welds and barrels crack over time. By replacing the welds and over-welding the original areas means the welds are in new metal on the barrel. This provides a new life for the cylinders
    • If we don’t have your cylinder in stock. We can generally remove, refurbish, and re-install on the third day. 2 days of downtime. Third day back running.
• Replace hoses inside a self contained baler after the unit is emptied.
