Flat Face Couplers for Mobile Equipment & Attachment Tools
Flat Face hydraulic couplers address residual pressure in a circuit, anywhere thermal expansion of trapped fluid causes pressure to develop. They connect by hand with residual pressure, without releasing any fluid into the environment, due to an internal valving system. The Flat Face design eliminates leakage and contamination in the circuit. The Series all interchange with ISO 16028 and their pressure ranges vary.
A-HD Series
Up to 5000 PSI. Avail in 3/8″, 1/2″, Port options: NPT, SAE, JIC, ORFS, BSP.
A- Premier
Standard & International. Up to 6090 PSI. Avail in 3/8″ to 1-1/2. Port options: NPT, SAE, JIC, ORFS, BSP DIN.

AG Interchange IR IRV IRS Series Couplers
The Agriculture IR Series hydraulic couplers offer automatic shut-off during disconnection. The IR features a variety of connection mechanisms: ball (IR), poppet (IRV), push pull (IRS) or push pull sleeve connectable under residual pressure (IRS PC).
IR Series
2900-4350 psi range. Avail 1/4″ to 1″. Port options: NPT Interchanges with ISO 5675.
IRB Series
4000-5075 psi range. Available in 1/4″ to 1. Port options: NPT, BSP. Interchanges with ISO 7241-B.
Threaded Flat Face Couplers
Threaded hydraulic couplers are ideal in large demanding equipment, like excavators. Stucchi offers threaded coupler products which improve hydraulic circuit applications that are subjected to high pressure impulses or circuits that experience residual or trapped pressure in a line.
