Manual Valves · 2-Way · 3-Way
Manual ball valves are the simplest, most reliable control in a hydraulic system: shut a circuit off, isolate it for service, or divert flow between two paths — with a quarter turn of a handle. We stock full-flow, high-pressure valves in threaded and SAE flange styles, sized ¼″ through 2″.

The Basics
Quarter turn open, quarter turn closed. The handle position tells you the state at a glance — in line with the pipe is open, across it is closed.
One in · Two out · Pick a path
One inlet, two outlets, and the handle decides which one gets the flow. It replaces two shutoff valves and takes the guesswork out of switching.
Worth knowing: these are full-flow shutoff and diverter valves, built to run fully open or fully closed. If you need to meter or throttle flow, that’s a job for a needle or flow-control valve — we can help you spec that too.
What We Stock
Threaded-port valves for general circuits, direct-mount and flanged valves for high-flow SAE connections, and an ultra high-pressure series for when the numbers get serious. All manually operated, all full flow.
The everyday high-pressure shutoff. Block-body ball valves for the widest range of circuits.

Quick Reference
Both are SAE four-bolt flange standards, and both use the same style of split or captive flange clamps. The difference is muscle: Code 61 is the standard-pressure series, Code 62 is the high-pressure series — thicker flange heads, bigger bolts, higher ratings at the same nominal size.
The two are not interchangeable — a Code 62 head won’t land on a Code 61 pad. If you’re not sure which is on your machine, measure the bolt pattern or bring in the old valve, and we’ll match it.
Configure It Your Way
Padlockable handles for lockout/tagout — isolate a circuit and keep it isolated during service.
Mounting kits that turn a manual valve into an actuated one when a system grows past hand operation.
