These are the two forms our technicians work from. Tick the boxes on screen, fill in the header fields, and print a completed copy for your records — or print it blank and carry it out to the machine. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere; this runs entirely in your browser.
T&T Weber Hydraulic Inc. · 184 Stone St, Unit 5, Clinton, MA 01510 · 978-368-3325 · Compactor Safety & Preventative Maintenance Checklists
A safety inspection for keeping a compactor in safe operating condition. The requirements below follow the safety framework in ANSI Z245.2 for stationary compactors. Anything marked as a problem here should be corrected before the machine goes back into normal service.
The inspection our technicians run on a PM visit. It is more than an oil and filter change — it is a look at every part of the machine that typically causes a breakdown. Mark each item with the code that applies.
These checklists are the inspection we perform on every maintenance contract visit. If you would rather have it done and documented for you, that is what the contract covers. 978-368-3325
